Sugar and High Fructose Corn Syrup

My Sugar Story

I do not eat sugar or products containing sugar in any of its forms. But from time to time, I would cheat. My absolute last time happened one day about two years ago when I had a piece of home-made sesame candy from my aunt and uncle visiting me.  It broke my tooth, caused an abscess and made me ill for a week.  I had to have the tooth removed.  What I find is that sugar hurts the teeth and weakens it over time. Well, I do understand that staying fit and healthy in today's world means becoming educated about the products that are available for us to buy.  I am an advocate for eating pure natural plant based foods and staying away from processed foods.  It will take a process of transformation but it is worth it to feel better and stay healthy!
