Intention

What is intention?

The Merriam Webster dictionary defines intention as: 1) a determination to act in a certain way: Resolve, 2) Significance, 3) What one intends to do or bring about, 4) a process or manner of healing incised wounds, 5) a Concept considered as the product of attention directed to an object of knowledge.

Now, One of the very most important points the Beings of the Christ Light taught us was Intention.   What is it that you would choose to set your intention upon!

All things that we do starts with this pattern.  We set our intention upon some idea or concept, and then we keep our attention there!  Whether this idea or concept is "good or bad".  We make that choice.

The Merriam Webster dictionary defines attention as: 1) the act or state of applying the mind to something, 2) Observation, notice: consideration with a view to action, 3 a) an act of civility or courtesy, especially in courtship 3 b) sympathetic consideration of the needs and wants of others -- attentiveness.

So, intention is the determination to act in a certain way and attention is the act of applying our mind to it.

Now, whatever we keep our attention on grows!  I will prove it, if you buy a young plant and bring it home and you neglect it what will happen?  It will die very soon after.  If you take time to water and feed the plant you will have a beautiful plant.  Keep our attention on our intention!

This simply proverb along with the appropriate actions is a key to successful accomplishment of our goals.

Choice

We are constantly in the position to choose:
Fear or Love
Hate or Love
Anger or Love
Discord or Love
We always must choose.  Choose to trust God, choose Love.
Choose to allow God
Choose to Trust God
Be expecting!  Choose to trust, allow and love God!
Honour yourself, be without fear.  Choose to trust God!
We must be willing to make our own choices, do not be dependent on others.  Make your choices without the need for others, choosing to hear the voice of God within!  Intuit-ion!  Intuit by you and then action!

Be vigilant with your thinking.  Be clear about what comes out of your mouth, be aware of thoughts and choices!  Honour your self, trust self, trust intuition.

Practice! Practice! Practice!  All is choice!

Choose to allow God Force to be fully present in your awareness.  Choose to put your attention on God! Choice is the First Law of Creation.

God Force makes itself known in our awareness, God Force is not an entity.  God Force is unexpressed.  God Force is Love.  Love is pure unexpressed frequency.  Love is the most powerful force in the Universe!

We are given the choice to express this God Force Love or the opposite frequency -- fear.  We must learn to choose Love continually!

Practice! Practice! Practice!  All is choice!

The Body Vehicle

The body is vehicle for very advance energy from our Creator.  So far, we have been using that energy to pro-create and  live our lives at the current level we are now.  We are in the midst of a shift in our awareness, a shift in what we choose to be conscious of.   It is through the use of our body that we facilitate  higher consciousness to produce better experiences in our lives!  We need a body to manifest the yearnings of Spirit! We are Spirit Consciousness having a physical experience! Therefore we do need our bodies!

Exercise is a process with which we bridge communication with body, mind, emotions and Spirit. Exercise moves the energy also called "chi", "Prana" to keep a balance flow of energy within our body vehicle, maintaining that connection.

Exercise is known to facilitate our lymphatic system which helps to clean our internal organs.  Our internal organs are also muscles, therefore it is very good to practice exercising as well as eating healthier!

Remember to do deep breathing during your workouts!  This enhances the cleansing process that is going on!
