Reasons to Exercise!

  • To feel vibrant and energetic

  • To stop stiffness and pain
  • To be more alert, responsive and happier
  • Improves brain function, perks up your state of mind
  • For better digestion
  • To lose and or maintain weight
  • To ease diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, high cholesterol, etc.!
  • Stimulates the lymphatic system to cleanse the body!
  • For Heart Health
  • Release tension and strengthen your ability to cope with stress
  • Gain muscle mass.
  • Improves sexual health
  • Vibrate the "Energy of Creator" also known as Chi, Prana, through the Body making it "The Body Energetic"

You are an inspiration already b/c while many are slowing down as they get older, you are showing that one can still be vibrant, beautiful and healthy!  ---- M.P.
